New Google Sites

Anyone who has used Google Sites in the past would probably agree that it wasn't very user friendly. Well, the new Google Sites is here and the layout is much easier to navigate.

Google Sites is still a core G Suite app that allows you to create a basic website. It allows for easy integration of other Google Drive files and it allows you to embed external content. The side menu bar is always visible as you work so you can easily select what type of content you would like to add.

When working on a page, you will also have a menu of choices that appear directly on the section in which you are working. You can add text, images, embed a URL, add a from drive, or upload content.

You will need to hit "publish" in order to make your site live and you will then have two options for who can view the site.
